Step 2: Set Up Your Automation

Option A: Using Make

Create a new scenario.
Add a Trigger module: select your form application (or use Webhooks → Custom Webhook).
Add an Email module: use Gmail, Outlook, or Make’s built-in email sender.
Attach your ebook file or include a download link.
Map the subscriber’s email field to the trigger.
Activate your scenario.

Option B: Using Zapier

Create a new Zap.
Select your form application as the trigger.
Add an Email action (Gmail, Outlook, or Zapier).
Attach your ebook file or link.
Map the subscriber’s email to the “To” field.
Publish the Zap.

Step 3: Store Your Ebook File

You can deliver your ebook in two ways:

Attachment: upload the file directly in the email.
Download link: host it on Google Drive, Dropbox, or your website.

Step 4: Test Everything

Submit your form and verify:

The automation is triggered
The email is received
The link or file works correctly
